"LSNV selected Centric Telecom as our telecom provider in November 2011 after a full telecom purchasing search process. Centric was selected based on their industry knowledge, excellent reputation in the marketplace, and their overall professional demeanor. While this was prior to my joining LSNV, I understand that our Deputy Executive Director and Intake Manager at the time were impressed with how Carrie and Larry took the time to understand our very complex office network of offices dispersed all over N. Virginia, all of the challenges of our old phone system, and asked a lot of questions about how we function at the different department levels.

They submitted a solution that completely replaced all our equipment, internet and voice at our sites as well as data cabling as needed to accommodate the new technology. It was cohesive and innovative, giving us the latest technology for the time, increasing our efficiency and productivity while allowing us to provide better service to our clients though shorter hold times, etc.

I have enjoyed working with Centric Telecom since I joined LSNV in early 2013. We recently went through the process a second time and upgraded our on-premise phone system with Centric's cloud phone system solution. We are currently in discussion with them about updating our call center solution. As you can see, Centric Telecom is a technology partner not just our vendor."

"What I like most about Centric is their service and support. You can get VOIP phones and solutions from many different vendors and I talked to a lot of them. But Centric offered the service agreement and support that we needed. There's a lot they can do remotely, but when we need or just want a tech on site, they send one. We are not the most organized company and we were going through a lot of staff changes, growth, and moving and Centric was able to work with us, be patient and ensure we got everything we wanted. Our Centric Account Manager even negotiated our internet contract with Comcast when we were moving so all I had to do was sign the paperwork."

"Centric Telecom has been a partner with Dominion Voice and Data for many years. As we are based in Richmond, Centric is our "boots on the ground" in the DMV. Sunrise is our national account and Centric maintains and installs the phone systems on our behalf at the 25+ Sunrise locations in the DMV. They are extremely knowledgeable and capable of how to work at assisted living facilities as they have many years of experience doing just that.
