Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will have an excellent record of strong sales to small and medium size businesses of telephone systems, cabling networks and other telecommunications services. Experience with the Toshiba product line is a plus but not a requirement. Knowledge of phone systems, IP telephony, computer telephone integration, voice mail, and unified messaging are required. The Sales Executive shall also have a record of consultative selling and being able to determine prospective client needs, develop the solution and benefits, present information and close the sale. The Sales Executive will also have responsibility for existing clients and potential expansions and upgrades.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect for new business via cold calling, networking and referral.
  • Close sales – strive for monthly and quarterly quotas.
  • Maintain account relationships with recurring contact.
  • Develop thorough knowledge of the products provided by Centric Telecom and continually enhance skills on how to apply that knowledge to solve customer needs.
  • Administrative duties include preparation of system configuration, pricing, proposals, contracts, cut packages, sales forecasts and recording of all contacts.
  • Develop thorough knowledge of competitive systems and dealers. Use knowledge to overcome objections raised by prospects.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Excellent written and oral communications
  • Outstanding presentation and closing ability.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Skilled at computer applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Solid organization and follow up skills.
